All of our products are made for each purchase, These take us some days for be printed, sew up, packed it. For that here give you the time that take us:
- Peach skin and Velvet covers , hugging inner pillow: Made in Perú, 5-10 business days.
- 2way tricot covers and Fluffy inner pillows: Made in China, 10-15 business days.
- Plushies, stickers, straps, playmats, mousepads and set bedroom: Fabric from Perú, 5-10 business days.
- Square pillows, plushies, Mugs, posters and playmats: Not available.
If we get any dificult or problem with your purchase, we will mail you for update your product time.
SHIPPING METHODS:

FROM CHINA
2way tricot covers and Fluffy inner pillows:
- Standard Shipping (USPS): 10- 20 businnes days. Only USA available and for cover pillows orders.
- Standard Shipping (E-packet): 20-30 business days, Worldwide addresses.
- Expedited shipping: 5-15 business days. It can be DHL (cover pillows), EMS (lInner pillows) or ETK if your country dont have available the before ones.
- SAL: 30-60 business days (Inner pillows).
FROM PERÚ

- Standard Shipping (1° class international Shipping): 15-25 business days.
The package can have a weight up 2Kg (4.4lb)
- Expedited shipping (E.M.S.): 10-15 business days
- FEDEX: 1-5 business days
All the ordes have TRACKING NUMBER for you can trace your package.
We recommend expedited shipping / FEDEX since the saturation of the postal service with e-packet may cause your products to take much longer than expected.
The customer must to make the payment of importation Fees aplicable to their own country laws.
If the postal service will not find the user, the item will arrive to the postal service place near to your home for pick out. That pickout only be available some days before be returned to the original warehouse.
The DHL/FEDEX service shipping dont return the product again to the warehouse, if the product can´t find the address, after some tries of shipping, the order goes to be destroyed by that service.

Merchant Return Policy
Returns of a product:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):
We can made a complete refund for items with 48 hours that you made the order, after that we gonna proceed to the production and ship the package.
If you still didn't get your package by 60 days after the notification shipping, we will check if this was lost by the courier. After that if this was lost, we can offer the full refund. For SAL shipping its until 120 days after notification shipping.
You have 48 hours for send us a mail for edit your address if this was misspelled, but If your got your shippping notification and was shipped to a wrong addres. We can't offer you any type of refund.

The return or refund are avaliable within 5 laboral days after the item is received if you keep the items in original state.
