TIME PRODUCCION:

All of our products are made for each purchase, These take us some days for be printed, sew up, packed it. For that here give you the time that take us:

  • Peach skin and Velvet covers , hugging inner pillowMade in Perú, 5-10 business days.
  • 2way tricot covers and Fluffy inner pillows: Made in China, 15-30 business days.
  • Plushies, mugs, posters, stickers, straps, playmats, mousepads and set bedroom: Fabric from Perú, 5-10 business days.

If we get any dificult or problem with your purchase, we will mail you for update your product time.

 

SHIPPING METHODS:

After the production, you will get notified when your order be sent to the postal service with your tracking number.

 

SHIPPING PRODUCTION FROM CHINA

2way tricot covers and Fluffy inner pillows:

- Standard Shipping (USPS): 10- 20 businnes days. Only USA available and for cover pillows orders.

- Standard Shipping (E-packet): 15-30 business days, Worldwide addresses.

- Expedited shipping: 5-15 business days. It can be FEDEX (cover pillows), EMS (lnner pillows) or ETK if your country dont have available the before ones.

SAL: 30-60 business days (Inner pillows). 

 

SHIPPING PRODUCTION FROM PERÚ

Peach skin and velvet covers, hugging inner pillow, keychains and everything else:

- Standard Shipping (1° class international Shipping): 15-25 business days.

The package can have a weight up 2Kg (4.4lb)

- Expedited shipping (E.M.S.): 10-15 business days

- FEDEX: 1-5 business days

All the packages have TRACKING NUMBER for you can trace your package.

The packages are certified, Only the final user can receive the item, if the postal service will not find the user, the item will arrive to the postal service place near to your home and the delivery courier will left a note for you can pick up your package.

 

TIME SHIPPING BY AREA (1° Class mail):

- USA: 10-25 days laboral days.

- CANADA: 15-35 laboral days.* 

- EUROPE: 15-35 laboral days.

- LATINOAMERICA: 20-30 laboral days.

- AUSTRALIA: 20-30 laboral days.

We recommend expedited shipping / FEDEX since the saturation of the postal service with e-packet may cause your products to take much longer than expected.

If the postal service will not find the user, the item will arrive to the postal service place near to your home for few days until be returned to the warehouse again.

 

HOLIDAYS:

For November-December month purchases, shipments may take many more days due to the saturation of the postal service. So take your precautions about taking more days in advance to purchase a product and arrive near to your wish day.

Tracking for your specific shipment can be found on our website. You can into your account and click the "My Account" link in the top right corner. Click on "Track Orders" to find the order you need to track. Click the "View Details" link for that order to see your tracking information under the shipping address.

Business days include Monday-Friday, and exclude some holidays for USA and PERU such as Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Saint week, and Labor Day. 

 

We currently deliver to Worlwide addresses. For expedited shipping we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you have any further questions regarding your shipment support@mitgard.com  to contact us.

 

Return Policy

Returns of a product:

  • If you have any extra question, please send us an email at support@mitgard.com with the info of your name and order number.
  • Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and not altered.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery

Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products


Refunds (if applicable):

  • We can made a complete refund for items with 48 hours that you made the order, after that we gonna proceed to the production and ship the package.
  • If you want the refund after the 48 hours that you made your order and not was sent to the postal service, will have 15% cancellation fee as items have already been sent to production.
  • If the shipped product is returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of the product subtracting 15% of the cancellation fee. The shipping cost is not refunded.
  • If you still didn't get your package by 60 days after the notification shipping, we will check if this was lost by the courier. After that if this was lost, we can offer the full refund. For SAL shipping its until 120 days after notification shipping.
  • You have 48 hours for send us a mail for edit your address if this was misspelled, but If your got your shippping notification and was shipped to a wrong address. We can't offer you any type of refund.

The return or refund are avaliable within 5 laboral days after the item is received if you keep the items in original state.

  • Please contact us ASAP by Email.
  • Adjunt your product photos.
  • Ship back the item to us.
  • We refund or echange for you by the standard method payment for only the product cost.

Note: If you made a purchase with a wrong info, you have 48 hours for you can send us the real info by E-mail and we can update the address shipping before your product be sent to the postal office.
