This product is ideal if you only need the inner pillow cover and you can easily get any type and quantity filling at your country.

  • Plushies, mugs, posters, stickers, straps, playmats, mousepads and set bedroom: Fabric from Perú, 5-15 days.

The packages are certified, Only the final user can receive the item, if the postal service will not find the user, the item will arrive to the postal service place near to your home and the delivery courier will left a note for you can pick up your package.

HOLIDAYS:

For November-December month purchases, shipments may take many more days due to the saturation of the postal service. So take your precautions about taking more days in advance to purchase a product and arrive near to your wish day.

Return Policy

Returns of a product:

  • If you have any extra question, please send us an email at support@mitgard.com with the info of your name and order number.
  • Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and not altered.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery

Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products


Refunds (if applicable):

  • We can made a complete refund for items with 48 hours that you made the order, after that we gonna proceed to the production and ship the package.
  • If you want the refund after the 48 hours that you made your order and not was sent to the postal service, will have 15% cancellation fee as items have already been sent to production.
  • If the shipped product is returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of the product subtracting 15% of the cancellation fee. The shipping cost is not refunded.
  • If you still didn't get your package by 60 days after the notification shipping, we will check if this was lost by the courier. After that if this was lost, we can offer the full refund. For SAL shipping its until 120 days after notification shipping.
  • You have 48 hours for send us a mail for edit your address if this was misspelled, but If your got your shippping notification and was shipped to a wrong address. We can't offer you any type of refund.

The return or refund are avaliable within 5 laboral days after the item is received if you keep the items in original state.

  • Please contact us ASAP by Email.
  • Adjunt your product photos.
  • Ship back the item to us.

Good quality, Bad shipping

First time ordering from this store and Not really happy about this order experience. Ordered the Rathian, Zinogre in 180cm with the velvet Fabric along with a couple of inner pillow cases in 180cm for them. Everything I ordered was good quality but I'm not happy about how the shipping was handled. I placed my order around in february and it took 3 months to get delivered. My order wasn't shipped until I sent an email asking to cancel my order and was emailed back being told that it could not be canceled because it was being prepared to be shipped. I got an email the next day after that it was shipped. Now no offense or anything but apparently Mitgard was having shipping problems around the start of the year and having order delays because of it. I did not know this at the time I placed my order and as far as I know as of writing this and looking at the monthly batch order status page they have there still behind on fulfilling orders. Again no offense or anything but I don't think they should be taking anymore orders until they get the shipping problem fixed and the orders they already have fulfilled. Last thing i'm not happy about is that they put my email address on the package. I will probably not order from Mitgard again.

The material is great feels like it will last a long time. I got 2 one for stuffing the other as a cover.

Love The Texture

I love how this thing feels. I’ll post a further detailed review later as soon as I can get the stuffing for this pillow. I might get another one later to disguise my dakimakura.
