Mitgard store produces body pillow dakimakura artist-supported with excellent printing detail of illustrations made exclusively for our site. The fabrics that we handle will stand out from the rest for their high quality and production.
INFORMATION BODY PILLOW DAKIMAKURA:
- This is 1 body pillow case, inner body pillow NOT INCLUDED.
- Available sizes dakimakura: 50cm x 150cm, 50cm x 160 cm or 60cm x 180cm.
- Available Fabrics: Peach Microfiber or 2-way tricot. (Velvet available writing a note at checkout, details here). Look at the difference in fabrics.
- If you wish to combine 1 design with another one of our store, you can Match your dakimakura.
- You can get by this link the inner body pillow.
With excellent detail printing, strong sewing and good quality fabric, all our anime body pillow covers are artist-supported by Mitgard Store.
SHIPPING TIME:
- After the purchase, we printing our covers to-order and the production time may take between 3-5 weeks before be sent to the postal service.

All of our products are made for each purchase, These take us some days for be printed, sew up, packed it. For that here give you the time that take us:
- Peach skin and Velvet covers , hugging inner pillow: Made in Perú, 5-10 business days.
- 2way tricot covers and Fluffy inner pillows: Made in China, 15-30 business days.
- Plushies, mugs, posters, stickers, straps, playmats, mousepads and set bedroom: Fabric from Perú, 5-10 business days.
If we get any dificult or problem with your purchase, we will mail you for update your product time.
SHIPPING METHODS:
After the production, you will get notified when your order be sent to the postal service with your tracking number.
SHIPPING PRODUCTION FROM CHINA
2way tricot covers and Fluffy inner pillows:
- Standard Shipping (USPS): 10- 20 businnes days. Only USA available and for cover pillows orders.
- Standard Shipping (E-packet): 15-30 business days, Worldwide addresses.
- Expedited shipping: 5-15 business days. It can be FEDEX (cover pillows), EMS (lnner pillows) or ETK if your country dont have available the before ones.
- SAL: 30-60 business days (Inner pillows).
SHIPPING PRODUCTION FROM PERÚ
Peach skin and velvet covers, hugging inner pillow, keychains and everything else:
- Standard Shipping (1° class international Shipping): 15-25 business days.
The package can have a weight up 2Kg (4.4lb)
- Expedited shipping (E.M.S.): 10-15 business days
- FEDEX: 1-5 business days
All the packages have TRACKING NUMBER for you can trace your package.
The packages are certified, Only the final user can receive the item, if the postal service will not find the user, the item will arrive to the postal service place near to your home and the delivery courier will left a note for you can pick up your package.
TIME SHIPPING BY AREA (1° Class mail):
- USA: 10-25 days laboral days.
- CANADA: 15-35 laboral days.*
- EUROPE: 15-35 laboral days.
- LATINOAMERICA: 20-30 laboral days.

We recommend expedited shipping / FEDEX since the saturation of the postal service with e-packet may cause your products to take much longer than expected.
If the postal service will not find the user, the item will arrive to the postal service place near to your home for few days until be returned to the warehouse again.
HOLIDAYS:
For November-December month purchases, shipments may take many more days due to the saturation of the postal service. So take your precautions about taking more days in advance to purchase a product and arrive near to your wish day.

Click on "Track Orders" to find the order you need to track. Click the "View Details" link for that order to see your tracking information under the shipping address.

Business days include Monday-Friday, and exclude some holidays for USA and PERU such as Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Saint week, and Labor Day.
We currently deliver to Worlwide addresses. For expedited shipping we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you have any further questions regarding your shipment support@mitgard.com to contact us.
Return Policy
Returns of a product:
- If you have any extra question, please send us an email at support@mitgard.com with the info of your name and order number.
- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and not altered.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery
Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products
Refunds (if applicable):
- We can made a complete refund for items with 48 hours that you made the order, after that we gonna proceed to the production and ship the package.
- If you want the refund after the 48 hours that you made your order and not was sent to the postal service, will have 15% cancellation fee as items have already been sent to production.
- If the shipped product is returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of the product subtracting 15% of the cancellation fee. The shipping cost is not refunded.
- If you still didn't get your package by 60 days after the notification shipping, we will check if this was lost by the courier. After that if this was lost, we can offer the full refund. For SAL shipping its until 120 days after notification shipping.
- You have 48 hours for send us a mail for edit your address if this was misspelled, but If your got your shippping notification and was shipped to a wrong address. We can't offer you any type of refund.

The return or refund are avaliable within 5 laboral days after the item is received if you keep the items in original state.

- Adjunt your product photos.
- Ship back the item to us.
- We refund or echange for you by the standard method payment for only the product cost.
Note: If you made a purchase with a wrong info, you have 48 hours for you can send us the real info by E-mail and we can update the address shipping before your product be sent to the postal office.

I've been searching for a daki for this character for a long time. Unfortunately such daki didn't exist. So I had to commission one. I did not know what to expect since I never had a daki. But after a lengthy process the results are very nice.
Mitgard did an excellent job sending updates to me via email. It arrived in the estimated time that they’d say it arrived. My case did have an issue (the zipper broke), so they were kind enough to send a replacement. Chihiro Fujisaki is a character that means a lot to me, so I’m glad I can cuddle a representation of said character in the comfort of my home.
Everything lived up to my expectations with this pillow, the material is soft and feels high quality. The print is crisp and clear, and the artwork is stunning! 🧡 Really happy with my purchase from this store! I have the 2-way tricot daki and it is so soft that I can't stop feeling how smooth the textile is. The print quality is also very high. Very high quality daki, the image is crisp, the tricot is fantastic. It is a fantastic product.
(My inner is pretty bad, not a true 150x50, so any issue fit wise is from that)
I bought the 160cm / 2-Way Tricot for my Dakimakura Inner Pillow (Kumochi filling 160cm 4.0 - 4.4 kg) from dakimakuri.com and it fits PERFECTLY. While it did take 1.5 months for it arrive...Mitgard was very, very prompt, kind, and helpful the couple of times I messaged customer service to ask about the shipping status. As I understand, this was due to recent/unfortunate troubles in China. Anyway, the pillowcase did arrive undamaged and the quality of it is exceptionally high! The print of Nagatoro is incredibly high resolution on both sides and the 2-way tricot feels smooth, luxurious, and supple upon touching it. Serious upgrade for my bare dakimakura pillow! I was very careful when inserting the pillow into the case but it seems that the material of the pillowcase is very durable and should not rip easily at all. I found the simplest way of inserting the pillow into the case is by bunching the pillowcase up, placing the pillow into the opening, standing up while holding the pillow and pillowcase, then gently pulling upward on the pillowcase to smoothly swallow up the pillow. It takes a little wriggling to get it going at first but nothing too difficult or worrisome at all. The fit is seriously perfect, I'm beyond impressed!

Super smooth and soft by a landslide. Had a peach skin daki and 2way previously from other stores and the peach skin felt too fabric-y. 2way from another store was smooth but kind of thin(still good though). Got a 2way from here and it's a whole different level of softness. (ノ*ФωФ)ノ
Although Jinx's eyes are red in the store(pink in the series/game) and she's got some badonkadonks in the store(flat in the series/game). I don't mind it at all. Quality is great and I'm a patient person and often forget I order things so it was a surprise when I got saw the package name.

If your Waifu is not on the website and you want to live out your fantasy this is it. My commission was made with the exact details I gave them. I commissioned the chronoa body Pillow and she looks amazing. Being a fan of a not so popular character left me very few options online. So I knew had to have someone make her and she looks just as sexy as I wanted her to look. If you want your favorite female character on a Pillow and Look as Sexy as Possible this is the place I highly recommend it.

I love this 2 way tarcoit pillowcase (50cm by 150cm)it is so stoft I don't want to get out of bed sometimes. The artwork turned out better than I expected. I just sent over the cover of the fan made manga and the official figures I had of the characters I wanted lelouch and suzaku from code gease. Told the artist what I wanted and he or she took it from there.
The artist kept me in the loop and let me put all the input I wanted into the artwork. In the end I was very pleased with the final product.
The only suggestion I would make would maybe be a little meet the artist in the end of the email. I would thank the artist directly but I don't know their real first name and I am not sure if the person who handled cummaction with me was the artist or just a customer service representative acting as a liaison.
