What type of payment gateway manage your store?
We manage 2 type of payment gateway, the Paypal is the main one, this can handle paypal funds and credit card with USD currency, the second one is Izipay a gateway payment from Peru and manage the USD currency too. Both services exchange national currency to American dollars.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
The shipping cost depends on the weight of the product. Normally it is $15 dollars on average for shipments from Peru. If the shipment is within Peruvian territory, it will have a much lower price, except for the dakimakuras made with 2way tricot.
How long will delivery take?
Shipping times outside of Peru, depending on the shipping method, usually take from – 15-25 days for standard shipping. – Expedited shipping is 5-15 business days. – SAL is 1-2 months. For shipments within Peru it is 1-5 business days.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
The payment methods available are with Paypal, card payment with PayPal and the Peruvian payment gateway Izipay that accepts debit and credit cards. Visa, mastercard, American express, dinners club.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
The card data is handled by the Paypal or Izipay payment gateway, depending on which option you use, so we do not store that data. The information that we use in our system is the billing and shipping information for us to be able to send the orders (Names, shipping, email and cell phone number). If you want this data to be deleted, you can contact us at support@mitgard.com in order to delete all the information that remains in our system as long as you do not have a pending shipment active.
What exactly happens after ordering?
The orders placed are made for each order, so once you place an order, we proceed to produce the product, which normally takes 5-10 business days. For dakimakuras made with 2way-tricot it takes 15-20 working days since they are made from china. After that, the product is prepared to be sent to the postal service.
I didn´t get my product yet
If you have not yet received a confirmation email that your order has been sent to the postal service, it is because its production process has not finished yet. If you got your track number, can be found on our website. Log to your account and click the "My Account" link in the top right corner. Click on "Track Orders" to find the order you need to track. Click the "View Details" link for that order to see your tracking information under the shipping address. If your tracking number dont work with our page account, you can track you package here: https://www.17track.net/ The shipping usually take 15-20 laboral days for be to your home (with the standard shipping), but can add until 2 week more for holidays days (e.g. christmas holidays). Another type of delay can happen if your product is subject to a tax in your country's postal service, so always keep in mind to track your product with the tracking number that has been provided when it has been made the shipment. The following reason why your product does not arrive, is that your shipping address is badly detailed or with a wrong number, so you should be careful about it with the data provided. If this happens, we will proceed to return according to our return policies.
