Status about the shipping time October 2021

Welcome! Currently we want to warn about the delays that are occurring with shipments:
The SAL shipments of the internal pillows to the USA are having arrival delays and even some returns to the warehouse due to the problems of shipping by ship. Please contact us at our email support@mitgard.com to see the status of your order if it has delayed more than 2 months of arrival to solve your problem. With respect to the other countries, they are reaching their destination, but with much more delay. To this we have deactivated the SAL orders for new orders for the internal pillows to the USA.
Currently shipments including Expedited are having a longer arrival delay than normal, so you just have to be patient to reach their destination. Remember that in our store orders are made once ordered, so the production time takes 10-15 days.
What we recommend that we are already at the doors of the end of the year holidays, be careful on the time to request your orders since these delays will last until December through the saturation of postal services.
