Status about pending orders - April 2024

Good afternoon everybody! We announce some new changes regarding the pending orders that we have from the beginning of this year and have not yet been shipped. Firstly, our apologies to each of you for having your orders delayed so much. We had several inconveniences due to the number of orders received and increases in product costs and shipping rates in our country, as well as failures in tracking orders to certain countries shipped. Now almost all orders will be distributed through our warehouse in China. Most orders will continue to be produced in Peru, but will be sent in batches to China starting with the oldest ones. This will make the production time similar to what we do with 2waytricot pillowcases.

Regarding orders made with an internal pillow (hugging inner pillow), they will still leave from Peru, so your tracking number will continue to end in PE. Then in a few days we will be updating the cost product and shipping costs regarding these products:

• Hugging Inner Body Pillow Dakimakura from 50cm x 150cm, 50cm x 160cm, 60cm x 180cm
• Especial sizes Inner Body Pillow Dakimakura from 80cm x2.4M, 1Mx3M and 50cmx7M

Now during this next 2 weeks we will be sending the batches of pending orders to China by EMS and for the current ones starting from April they will be sent by batch every 15 days. Don't worry, each package will have its respective tracking number once it leaves China for its destination.
