INFORMATION ABOUT US TARIFF

Hello! We have had several questions regarding pending shipments and new ones to be made:

SHORT ANSWER: You only pay the tariff up to 10% for the product that you made a payment by the store (For United States customers only, for another countries have their own tariff).

Now here we go with the explanation:

We have two warehouses. The first is in Peru, one of the countries with the lower tariff, from which all packages with an internal pillow or large items depart to the post office. Therefore, those packages depart from this same country and must be declared at the customer's purchase price. This would only be subject to the 10% tariff tax on the purchase price. UPDATE : For all the orders from march up today will be sent from this warehouse.

The second warehouse is located in China, from which orders for small and lightweight products, such as printed dakimakura cases and 3D mousepads are shipped. All of these individual orders are made(some products) and sent by parcel to China. When they are shipped back to the customer's destination, the value of the product is quite low (average declared value of $5). Therefore, even if the customer pays only the declared value from China when they arrive at their destination, will only pay the declared value of $5(in this example), not the full payment that you made at the store.

For express orders, all orders ship from Peru, so they are not sent to China to be shipped from that warehouse (except in special cases like the products made from China). Commission orders also split the costs so you only pay the tariff for the pillowcase itself, not the commission service requested.
