Todos nuestros productos se fabrican para cada compra, estos nos toman algunos días imprimirlos, coserlos y empacarlos. Para eso aquí te damos el tiempo que nos lleva:

• Fundas de piel de durazno y terciopelo, abrazando la almohada interior: Hecho en Perú, 5-10 días hábiles.
• Fundas de tricot de 2 vías y almohadas interiores mullidas: fabricadas en China, entre 15 y 30 días hábiles.
• Peluches, tazas, carteles, stickers, correas, tapetes, mousepads y juego de dormitorio: Telas de Perú, 5-10 días hábiles.

Si tenemos alguna dificultad o problema con su compra, le enviaremos un correo electrónico para actualizar el tiempo de su producto.

MÉTODOS DE ENVÍO:

Después de la producción, se le notificará cuando su pedido se envíe al servicio postal con su número de seguimiento.

DE CHINA

Fundas de tricot de 2 vías y almohadas interiores Fluffy:

- Envío estándar (USPS): 10- 20 días hábiles. Solo disponible en EE. UU. y para pedidos de fundas de almohadas.

- Envío estándar (paquete electrónico): 15-30 días hábiles, direcciones en todo el mundo.

- Envío urgente: 5-15 días hábiles. Puede ser FEDEX (fundas de almohadas), EMS (almohadas interiores) o ETK si su país no tiene disponibles las anteriores.

- SAL: 30-60 días hábiles (Almohadas interiores).

DE PERU

Fundas de piel de melocotón y terciopelo, almohada interior abrazable, llaveros y todo lo demás:

- Envío estándar (Envío internacional de 1° clase): 15-25 días hábiles.

El paquete puede pesar hasta 2Kg (4.4lb)

- Envío urgente (E.M.S.): 10-15 días hábiles

- FEDEX: 1-5 días hábiles

Todos los paquetes tienen NÚMERO DE SEGUIMIENTO para que pueda rastrear su paquete.

Los paquetes están certificados, solo el usuario final puede recibir el artículo, si el servicio postal no encuentra al usuario, el artículo llegará al lugar del servicio postal cercano a su domicilio y el mensajero de entrega dejará una nota para que pueda recogerlo. tu equipaje.

Si el servicio postal no encuentra al usuario, el artículo llegará al lugar del servicio postal más cercano a su domicilio durante unos días hasta que sea devuelto nuevamente al almacén.

VACACIONES:

Para compras del mes noviembre-diciembre los envíos pueden tardar muchos más días debido a la saturación del servicio postal. Así que tome precauciones y no tome más días de anticipación para comprar un producto y llegue cerca del día de su deseo.

What type of payment gateway manage your store?

We manage 2 type of payment gateway, the Paypal is the main one, this can handle paypal funds and credit card with USD currency, the second one is Izipay a gateway payment from Peru and manage the USD currency too. Both services exchange national currency to American dollars.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the product. Normally it is $15 dollars on average for shipments from Peru. If the shipment is within Peruvian territory, it will have a much lower price, except for the dakimakuras made with 2way tricot.

How long will delivery take?

Shipping times outside of Peru, depending on the shipping method, usually take from – 15-25 days for standard shipping. – Expedited shipping is 5-15 business days. – SAL is 1-2 months. For shipments within Peru it is 1-5 business days.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

The payment methods available are with Paypal, card payment with PayPal and the Peruvian payment gateway Izipay that accepts debit and credit cards. Visa, mastercard, American express, dinners club.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

The card data is handled by the Paypal or Izipay payment gateway, depending on which option you use, so we do not store that data. I didn´t get my product yet

If you have not yet received a confirmation email that your order has been sent to the postal service, it is because its production process has not finished yet. Another type of delay can happen if your product is subject to a tax in your country's postal service, so always keep in mind to track your product with the tracking number that has been provided when it has been made the shipment. The following reason why your product does not arrive, is that your shipping address is badly detailed or with a wrong number, so you should be careful about it with the data provided.
