Status about Fee shipping and HALLOWEEN SALE🎃!!!

For pending and future orders, as mentioned before, all shipments are now being moved to our main warehouse in China. This means you won’t have to pay any extra taxes to receive your product — also known as PPD shipping (tariff-free).
This benefit currently applies to customers in the USA, the UK, Australia, and most European countries.

Because of this transition, some orders may have the printed cover and inner pillow shipped separately, meaning you could receive up to two tracking numbers. Order management and shipment grouping will be handled at our discretion to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.

We are also updating our shipping options to make it clearer that import taxes are already included in the shipping cost, so there’s no need to worry about additional fees upon delivery.

The only products currently affected are inner pillows and poster tubes, as their large volume required us to ship them from Peru via DHL, which involved customs taxes for customers. To improve this, we’re introducing a new, more economical type of inner pillow that won’t require extra import taxes. This new option will be added to our store later this week.
