This is a complete body pillow, or like at Japan call it: "dakimakura". This have the print of your favorite character on it with full body picture for hug or sleep at your bed or on any site to your house. TIME PRODUCCION BEFORE THE SHIPPING:

Many of our products are made for each purchase, for that these take us some days for be printed, sew up, packed.For that here give you the time that take us:

- Dakimakuras production: 3-5 business days after your payment.

- Square pillows: 1-2 business days after your payment.

- Mugs; 1-2 business days after your payment.

If we get any dificult or problem with your purchase, we will mail you for update your product time.

- Express Mail Service (E.M.S.): 10-15 business days

All the packages have TRACKING NUMBER for you can follow your package.

The packages are certified, Only the final user can receive the item, if the postal service will not find the user, the item will arrive to the postal service place near to your home.

Business days include Monday-Friday, and exclude some holidays for USA and PERU such as Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Saint week, and Labor Day. 

For the month of December, shipments may take many more days due to the saturation of the postal service. So take your precautions about taking more days in advance to purchase a product.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
We can made refund for items on the same day that you made the order, after that we gonna proceed to the production and ship the package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you still didnt get your package by 45 days after made the shipping, we will make a refund if your package was lost by the postal service, for that reason, we will check the status of that package too.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@mitgard.com and send your item to: Cuarto Programa Sector 2. Mz. F Lt. 7 Lima PE 15007.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
